Rovi (ROVI) Affirms Initial Determination Made in Netflix (NFLX), Roku Litigation
June 10, 2013 1:46 PM EDTRovi (Nasdaq: ROVI) announced that the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) has issued an initial determination in its action against Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX) and Roku.
