Speculators Make Big Bets Following Romney's Debate Victory

Romney was fresh, upbeat, presidential and had great command of the material. Meanwhile, President Obama was disorganized, distracted and unmotivated. By all accounts, Romney won the first debate.

If elected Romney said he would abolish Obamacare and let states decide for themselves on how to cover their own.
