NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) (Ares), a leading global alternative investment manager, announced today that it has raised approximately $4.2 billion of capital for its inaugural Ares Global Structured Solutions Fund (AGSS or the Fund) and affiliated vehicles.
