(NASDAQ: TOMZ), a global provider of disinfection and decontamination essentials through its premier Binary Ionization Technology® (BIT) platform, today announced that it has filed a $50 million universal shelf registration statement on Form S-3 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
