Artesian Resources Corporation Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
May 19, 2023 9:29 AM EDTNEWARK, Del., May 19, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Artesian Resources Corporation (Nasdaq: ARTNA) (Artesian or the Company) announced today that it has priced a firm commitment underwritten public offering of 695,650 shares of the Companys Class A Non-Voting Common Stock at a purchase price of $50 per share for an aggregate gross offering amount of approximately $34.8 million. The offering is expected to close on or about May 23, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
