Enlight Renewable Energy Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering in the United States
February 9, 2023 5:59 PM ESTTEL AVIV, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Enlight Renewable Energy (Enlight), a global renewable energy platform, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 14,000,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $18.00 per share. In addition, Enlight has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,100,000 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
