NW Natural Holdings Announces Common Stock Offering
March 29, 2022 4:07 PM EDTPORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Northwest Natural Holding Company, (NYSE: NWN) (NW Natural Holdings), announced today the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock. In conjunction with this offering, NW Natural Holdings intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares of its common stock.
