Armada Hoffler Properties Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
January 7, 2022 7:37 AM ESTVIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Jan. 07, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. (NYSE: AHH) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 3,500,000 shares of its common stock for total gross proceeds (before underwriters discounts and commissions and offering expenses) of approximately $51.6 million.
The offering is expected to close on January 11, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares.
