Cal-Maine Foods (CALM) Misses Q2 EPS by 26c
December 28, 2021 4:06 PM ESTCal-Maine Foods (NASDAQ: CALM) reported Q2 EPS of $0.02, $0.26 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $390.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $387.77 million.
Dolph Baker, chairman and chief executive officer of Cal-Maine Foods, Inc., stated, We were pleased to report higher sales for the second quarter of fiscal 2022 compared with the prior year, driven by improved shell egg pricing.
