July 26, 2018 10:56 AM EDTToday's IPO for Liquidia Technologies (NASDAQ: LQDA) opened for trading at $12.45 after pricing 4,545,455 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $11.00 per share.
Jefferies and Cowen are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Needham & Company and Wedbush PacGrow are acting as co-managers.
