Elliott Management Takeover of Gigamon (GIMO) 'Grinds to Halt' Over Price - Reuters
October 6, 2017 6:16 AM EDTGigamon, Inc. (NYSE: GIMO) is indicated to open lower following reports from Reuters that Elliott Management Corp's attempt to acquire the entire company has ground to a halt over price.
Gigamon rejected Elliott's latest offer in the past few weeks after it came in below the company's current share price.
