Twilio Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 22, 2016 7:08 PM EDTSAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Twilio Inc. (NYSE: TWLO), a leading cloud communications platform company, today announced the pricing of its public offering of 10,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price of $15.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 23, 2016 under the symbol TWLO. All of the shares are being offered by Twilio.
