(NASDAQ: YHOO) since he believes the core operating business means little in the overall company valuation. For this reason, he reiterated an Outperform rating with a reduced PT of $33 (from $37). February 3, 2016 8:16 AM ESTRBC Capital analyst, Mark Mahaney thinks that shares of Yahoo (NASDAQ: YHOO) have bottomed out here but he recognizes that the stock price won't bottom until fundamentals do. Reducing PT to $33 from $42 and maintaining the Sector Perform rating.
