ROCKVILLE, Md., Dec. 7, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Sucampo) (NASDAQ: SCMP), a global biopharmaceutical company, today announced the completion of its acquisition of R-Tech Ueno (TSE:4573:JP) and all remaining outstanding shares.
