November 2, 2015 6:21 AM ESTMEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EdR (NYSE: EDR) today announced that it plans to sell 6.5 million shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 975,000 additional shares of common stock. BofA Merrill Lynch, KeyBanc Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
