Education Realty Trust (NYSE: EDR) reported Q3 core FFO of $0.30, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $58.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $54.81 million.

Education Realty Trust sees FY2015 EPS of $1.82-$1.85, versus the consensus of $1.80.
