Caterpillar (CAT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.77; Yields 3.5%
June 10, 2015 12:18 PM EDTCaterpillar (NYSE: CAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.77 per share, or $3.08 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.70.
The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2015, to stockholders of record on July 20, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 16, 2015.
