Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE: OII) reported Q1 EPS of $0.84, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $840.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $838.57 million.

Announces a 23% increase in itsregular quarterly cash dividend to $0.27 from $0.22 per share.

Oceaneering International, Inc. sees Q2 2014 EPS of $0.97-$1.01, versus the consensus of $1.04.
