Total Energy Services names new board director as another retires

Total Energy Services Inc. (TSX: TOT) announced that Jessica Kirstine will retire from its Board of Directors on September 30, 2026, after five years of service.
The Calgary-based company said Elizabeth (Liz) Dammann has agreed to join the board and will be formally appointed at the next Board of Directors meeting, scheduled for November 2026.
Dammann is a professional engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She currently serves as Vice President, Production and Capital Operations for Tundra Oil and Gas Ltd. She holds Professional Engineering designations in Alberta (APEGA), Saskatchewan (APEGS), and Manitoba (EGM), an engineering degree from the University of Calgary obtained in 2001, and a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University obtained in 2025.
Total Energy provides contract drilling, equipment rentals, transportation, well servicing, and compression and process equipment and services to the energy and other resource industries, with operations in North America and Australia.
