Brad Hively to exit Starling Oncology board at 2027 annual meeting
Brad Hively has informed Starling Oncology, Inc. (NASDAQ: STLN) of his decision not to stand for re-election to the company's board of directors at its 2027 annual meeting of stockholders, according to a press release statement.
Hively notified the company on September 1, 2026. He is expected to continue serving as a director until the annual meeting, but has immediately stepped down from his role as Vice Chairman of the Board and as a member of the Compliance Committee and any other board committees.
The company stated that Hively's decision is not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
