Jonathan Korngold resigns from Bumble board amid Blackstone departure

Jonathan C. Korngold resigned from the board of directors of Bumble Inc. (NASDAQ: BMBL), effective June 30, 2026, according to a company statement.

Korngold notified the board of his decision on June 29, 2026. The resignation coincides with his previously announced departure from Blackstone. The company stated that his decision was not the result of any disagreement with Bumble, its management, any other board member, or any matter relating to the company's operations, policies, or practices.
