Aimco (AIV) Misses Q2 EPS by 33c, revises guidance

Aimco (NYSE: AIV) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.43), $0.33 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenue for the quarter came in at $51.15 million versus the consensus estimate of $50.84 million.

Guidance:

"We have revised our full year guidance and now expect revenue to grow between 3.25% and 3.75% and expenses to increase between 6.00% and 7.50%, resulting in NOI growth of between 1.50% to 2.75%, an increase of more than 100 basis points at the mid-point."
