Granite Construction (GVA) Tops Q3 EPS by 27c, provides guidance

Granite Construction (NYSE: GVA) reported Q3 EPS of $1.69, $0.27 better than the analyst estimate of $1.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.11 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.08 billion.

Guidance:

Revenue in the range of $3.35 billion to $3.45 billion, versus the consensus of $3.383 B
Adjusted EBITDA margin in the range of 7.5% to 8.5%
SG&A expense in the range of 8.0% to 8.5% of revenue
Mid-20s effective tax rate for adjusted net income
Capital expenditures of approximately $120 million
