US NHC says Isaias has become a hurricane

Oct 7 (Reuters) - The US National Hurricane Center said in its latest advisory on Wednesday that Isaias has strengthened into a hurricane.
Isaias was about 460 miles (745 Km) south-southwest of the mouth of the Mississippi river, with maximum sustained winds of 75 mph (120 Km/h).
