Trump says government programs, jobs to be cut amid shutdown

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that his administration plans to eliminate a number of government programs as a result of the ongoing shutdown, adding that he would provide details on job cuts within the next four or five days.
