Russia expels Romanian diplomat

E-mailMOSCOW, Aug 27 (Reuters) - Russia's Foreign Ministry said on Thursday it had declared a diplomat at Romania's embassy in Moscow persona non grata.
The ministry said the move was a response to Bucharest's earlier decision to declare a Russian diplomat persona non grata.
