Factbox-Trump's higher tariff rates for countries compared to April 2 rates

(Reuters) -U.S. President Donald Trump issued new letters on Wednesday notifying countries of higher tariff rates as he continues his "America First" policies and reorders global trade.
Following is a list of countries and new tariff rates announced this week, compared to rates set on April 2. Trump later suspended all but 10% of the April 2 rates until July 9 to allow more time for negotiation. That deadline has now slipped to August 1.
