NACD New England Welcomes Five New Board Members

Tracy Atkinson, Heather Campion, Michael Curry, Jack Egan, and Damian Wilmot add a diverse range of experience and background to chapter Board

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The National Association of Corporate Directors New England Chapter (NACDNE) has added five new members to its Board of Directors, bringing in top talent from the worlds of business, nonprofits, executive search, and risk management.

Appointed as NACDNE directors are:

  • Tracy Atkinson, a current member of the boards of Citizens Financial Group (NYSE: CFG) and RTX, formerly Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX), and a past director of Affiliated Managers Group (NYSE: AMG) and U.S. Steel, now part of Nippon Group. Her 30+ year career included service as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at State Street Corp. (NYSE: STT).
  • Heather Campion, Managing Director at DSG Global, one of the nation's top 10 executive search firms, where she founded and leads the firm's strategic consulting practice, Connected Leadership. Campion’s career has spanned business, government, academia and the nonprofit sector, including top roles at Citizens Financial, Northeast Bancorp (NASDAQ: NBN), and the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library Foundation.
  • Michael Curry, Esq., President & CEO of the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, which provides clinical, advocacy, workforce, data, legal, and compliance support for its 50 health-center members serving 1 million patients annually at 285 practice sites across the Commonwealth. Curry is in his 12th year serving as an elected member of the National NAACP’s Board of Directors.
  • Jack Egan, an accomplished technology leader and investor with a distinguished career spanning both operational and board roles. He has served on the boards of leading technology companies, including EMC Corp. and VMware, where he chaired M&A Committees and played a pivotal role in major transactions, including the $67 billion sale of EMC to Dell (NYSE: DELL)
  • Damian W. Wilmot, Esq., a public company director and former public company C-suite executive with more than 20 years of experience advising boards and executive teams on legal, governance, enterprise risk, and regulatory strategy. He currently serves on the boards of PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE: PBF) and Fidelity Charitable and served as a director of HarborOne Bancorp Inc. prior to its acquisition by Eastern Bank.
