RADCOM Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM) appointed Hod Cohen as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 11, 2026, the company announced. Cohen will succeed Hadar Rahav, who is departing to pursue other opportunities and will remain in an advisory role through the first quarter of 2026.
Cohen brings two decades of financial leadership experience in the telecom sector. He previously served as Head of the Global Business Finance Group at Amdocs Limited (NASDAQ: DOX), where he managed financial and strategic planning and led commercial negotiations with global operators. Earlier at Amdocs, he held roles including Head of Finance for APAC & EMEA and M&A Finance Lead, participating in multiple company acquisitions.
"Hod's appointment reflects our continued focus on winning new customers and strategically expanding our business," said Benny Eppstein, RADCOM's Chief Executive Officer, according to the company statement.
Cohen stated that RADCOM is positioned for continued growth through its technology and operator partnerships. "I look forward to partnering with Benny and the entire leadership team to execute our strategic plans, enhance financial performance, and support RADCOM's next phase of expansion," he said.
Eppstein noted Rahav's contributions during a period when the company achieved record revenues and transitioned to profitability. "Hadar has been an exceptional partner during my first year as CEO, and the foundation she helped establish positions us well for the next phase of execution," he said.
RADCOM provides cloud-native service assurance solutions for telecommunications networks. The information is based on a company press release.
