ParkOhio appoints former C.H. Robinson CFO to board

Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH) appointed Andrew C. Clarke to its board of directors effective September 30, 2025. Clarke previously served as chief financial officer of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRW).
Clarke will serve as an independent director on the board. He currently serves as a board member at LKQ Corporation (NASDAQ: LKQ).
"Andy brings to the board significant logistics and financial experience, as well as public and private board experience in creating shareholder value," said Matthew V. Crawford, ParkOhio's chairman, chief executive officer and president.
ParkOhio operates approximately 130 manufacturing sites and supply chain logistics facilities worldwide through three segments: Supply Technologies, Assembly Components and Engineered Products. The Cleveland-based company provides supply chain management outsourcing services, capital equipment and manufactured components to customers.
