After-hours movers: Moderna, CrowdStrike, Ross Stores, Box and more

After-hours movers:

Moderna (NASDAQ: MRNA) rose 10%, Roivant Sciences (NASDAQ: ROIV) rose 6% and Arbutus Biopharma (NASDAQ: ABUS) rose 15% after a $2.25 billion global settlement to resolve all U.S. and international enforcement actions involving Moderna’s unauthorized use of Genevant’s and Arbutus’ LNP delivery technology in its COVID-19 vaccines, including Spikevax

CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) fell 1.25% after in-line quarterly results and guidance. Total revenue was $1.31 billion, a 23% increase, compared to $1.06 billion in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025.

GitLab Inc (NASDAQ: GTLB) fell 3% after guidance disappointed investors. GitLab sees FY2027 EPS of $0.76-$0.80, versus the consensus of $1.03.

Ross Stores (NASDAQ: ROST) rose 6% after it reported Q4 EPS of $2.00, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $1.88. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.64 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.38 billion.

Box (NYSE: BOX) rose 3% after better than consensus EPS and revenue for the quarter. Box reported Q4 EPS of $0.49, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $305.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $304.28 million.

B&G Foods (NYSE: BGS) rose 10% after it said it sees FY2026 EPS of $0.55-$0.65, versus the consensus of $0.51.
