Oil States Announces Third Quarter 2014 Earnings of $1.07 Per Share
October 30, 2014 5:18 PM EDTHOUSTON, Oct. 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE: OIS) reported net income from continuing operations for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014 of $58.4 million, or $1.07 per diluted share. These results compare to net income from continuing operations of $35.5 million, or $0.64 per diluted share, reported in the third quarter of 2013.
The Company generated revenues of $471.0 million and EBITDA (A) of $122.9 million during the third quarter of 2014, representing year-over-year growth rates of 7% and 26%, respectively.
