September 25, 2014 6:08 AM EDTOrthofix Int'l (NASDAQ: OFIX) has been working to complete the filing of restated financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2013, 2012 and 2011 and the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2014. At this time, the Company has prepared drafts of the amended filings, and the Companys outside auditors are continuing to complete applicable audit procedures.
