Aimco (AIV) Misses Q2 FFO by 7c; Guides Q3, Updates FY14 FFO Outlook

Aimco (NYSE: AIV) reported Q2 FFO of $0.44, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $246.42 million versus the consensus estimate of $237.98 million.

Aimco sees FY2014 FFO of $2.04 - $2.12, versus the consensus of $2.07.
