Zynga, Inc. (ZNGA) Names Google Exec to Board
July 9, 2014 4:05 PM EDTZynga, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZNGA) announced that Dr. Regina E. Dugan, Vice President of Engineering and leader of the Advanced Technology and Projects (ATAP) group at Google Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG), joined the company's Board of Directors.
