Goldman Comments on Macau Unionpay, Sees Back-Half GGR of 9% (MPEL) (LVS) (MGM) (WYNN)

In a research note Friday, Goldman Sachs analyst Simon Cheung discussed potential impact from removing Unionpay from Macau casinos. Comments follow an update from Macaus Secretariat of Economy and Finance, Francis Tam. Tam said no new Unionpay machines can be added starting in July, but exiting machines do not need to be removed. The government may revisit the topic in 3 to 4 months.
