Tyson Foods Inc. (TSN) Declares $0.0675 Quarterly Dividend; 0.7% Yield
May 5, 2014 4:22 PM EDTTyson Foods Inc. (NYSE: TSN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0675 per share, or $0.27 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 1, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 27, 2014.

Tyson Foods Inc. (TSN) Misses Q2 EPS by 3c
May 5, 2014 7:33 AM EDTTyson Foods Inc. (NYSE: TSN) reported Q2 EPS of $0.60, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.03 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.85 billion.
Outlook
In fiscal 2014, we expect overall domestic protein production (chicken, beef, pork and turkey) to decrease approximately 1% from fiscal 2013 levels, mainly due to further reductions in forecasted hog supplies.
