Apple (AAPL) Ranks as Top U.S. Brand in Latest Brandirectory Survey
March 19, 2014 7:13 AM EDTAccording to Brandirectory, Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) comes out as the most-valuaable U.S. brand for 2014.
With its latest report, Apple garnered a brand value of $104.68 billion, up from $87.30 billion in 2013.
Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) was next at $68.62 billion, from $52.13 billion last year. Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) was third, moving from $45.54 billion up to $62.78 billion. Verizon came in fourth at $53.47 billion, from $30.73 billion. Rounding out the top five was General Electric (NYSE: GE), its brand value moving from $37.16 billion up to $52.53... More
