UPDATE: Argus Cuts Facebook (FB) to Hold on Valuation and WhatsApp Risk

Argus downgraded Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) from Buy to Hold and removed its price target (prior $73). The change is tied to a strong run-up recently. In addition to valuation, analyst Joseph Bonner discussed concerns related to Facebook's WhatsApp acquisition.
