October 3, 2013 8:44 AM EDTThe axe in Herbalife (NYSE: HLF), Tim Ramey of DA Davidson, is out with commentary following earthshaking news that short seller Bill Ackman's Pershing Square has "in recent weeks" covered "more than 40%" of the estimated 24.5 million share short position, replacing the stock with OTC put options that are far out of the money.
