Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) purchased mapping software company Embark. The news was originally reported by Jessica Lessin and later confirmed by Bloomberg. The company builds apps for iOS and Adroid with information on transit services. Previously map-related Apple purchases include Locationary and HopStop.... More
