Barnes & Noble (BKS) CEO Change Increases Probability of M&A
July 9, 2013 10:33 AM EDTYesterday it was learned that Barnes & Noble (NYSE: BKS) CEO William Lynch resigned. Michael Huseby, CFO of the holding company, was named CEO of Nook Media. In the view of Goldman Sachs analyst Matthew J. Fassler the management change signals increased likelihood of M&A.
