Goldman Sachs maintained a Neutral rating on Darden Restaurants (NYSE: DRI) and lowered its price target to $49 (from $52). On Friday morning Darden Restaurants reported Q4 results that missed estimates. This prompted analysts to lower EPS estimates for FY2014-2016 to $2.99/$3.09/$3.19 from $3.09/$3.26/$3.40.

Darden Restaurants (DRI) Misses Q4 EPS Views; Boosts Dividend; Guides FY14

Darden Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: DRI) reported Q4 EPS of $1.02, versus the analyst estimate of $1.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.27 billion.
