Caterpillar, Inc. (CAT) Boosts Qtr. Dividend 15% to $0.60; Yields 2.9%
June 12, 2013 11:42 AM EDTCaterpillar, Inc. (NYSE: CAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, or $2.40 annualized. This is a 15.4 percent increase from the prior dividend of $0.52.
The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2013, to stockholders of record on July 22, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of July 18, 2013.... More
