MetLife (MET) Trading at 25% Due to 'Regulator Overhang'; More Upside Seen
April 23, 2013 12:42 PM EDTGoldman Sachs today maintained a Buy rating on MetLife (NYSE: MET) with a price target of $45.00. This morning MetLife shares moved higher after it announced a nearly 50 percent dividend increase to $0.275 per quarter from $0.185, its first increase since 2007.

MetLife (MET) Raises Quarterly Dividend 48.6% to $0.275; Yields 3.1%
April 23, 2013 10:10 AM EDTMetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 48.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.185.
The dividend will be payable on June 13, 2013, to stockholders of record on May 9, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of May 7, 2013.
