October 24, 2012 4:05 PM EDTWynn Resorts Ltd (NASDAQ: WYNN) declared a special dividend of $7.50 per share.
The dividend will be payable on November 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 7, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 6.7 percent.
