Vringo (VRNG) Files Patent Lawsuit Against ZTE Corp.

(AMEX: VRNG) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vringo Infrastructure, Inc., filed a patent infringement lawsuit against the UK subsidiary of ZTE Corporation (ZTE). September 26, 2012 8:46 AM EDTOn September 25, 2012, Vringo Infrastructure, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vringo, Inc. (AMEX: VRNG), sent the correspondence listed below to ZTE Corporation regarding Vringo Infrastructures recently acquired infrastructure patent portfolio. Vringo believes that ZTE has been manufacturing and selling infrastructure equipment since at least 2002.
