(NYSE: AMC) (the Company or AMC) announced today that it has successfully completed its previously announced refinancing of $3.97 billion of its existing debt, including the offering of $2,000 million aggregate principal amount of first lien notes due 2031 (the Notes) in a private offering (the Offering), borrowing of a new $850 million first lien term loan facility (the New 1L Term Loan Facility) and a new second lien term loan facility provided by Deutsche Bank Special Situations Group in an aggregate...
