Electra Receives Extension from NASDAQ to Resolve Minimum Price Requirement
September 15, 2026 6:00 PM EDTTORONTO, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Electra Battery Materials Corporation (NASDAQ: ELBM; TSX-V: ELBM) (Electra or the Company), today announced that it has received notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (Nasdaq) that the Company is eligible for an additional 180-calendar-day period, or until March 15, 2027 (the Extension), to regain compliance with Nasdaqs $1.00 minimum bid price requirement (the Minimum Bid Price Requirement) for continued listing on Nasdaq.
