KKR Invests in Malaysian Healthcare Platform Avisena Healthcare
September 3, 2026 9:03 PM EDTSHAH ALAM, Malaysia--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KKR, a leading global investment firm, and Avisena Healthcare (Avisena), a Malaysian healthcare provider, today announced that funds managed by KKR have entered into a definitive agreement to make a minority investment in Avisena. The investment will support Avisenas next phase of growth, including the expansion of multi-specialty offerings at Avisenas flagship hospitals in Shah Alam, and the build-out of new greenfield hospitals within the Klang Valley.
